1 lb cod fish fillet
2 pcs of king oyster mushrooms
1/2 tsp of chicken powder
1/2 tsp sesame oil
salt and pepper to taste
- Marinate the cod fillet with sesame oil, chicken powder, salt and pepper.
- Heat up a frying pan and pan fry the mushrooms without oil until fragrant. Add a dash of salt and pepper before removing from pan. Place them in a serving plate.
- Add a little oil in the pan and fry the fillet until light brown. Place the fillet on the plate.
- Garnish with a little parsley and ready to serve.
