Fried Chicken Wings with Turmeric


Ingredients
4 chicken wings - use drummettes and mid-joint
cooking oil for frying

Seasonings
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp ginger juice
1 tsp sesame oil
salt and pepper to taste
rice flour for coating


Method
  1. Marinate the chicken wings with the seasonings for 30 minutes or more.  
  2. Before frying, coat the marinate wings with rice flour.
  3. Heat up oil in a pot.  When oil is hot, fry the wings on medium heat until brown and crispy.
  4. Drain excess oil and transfer to a serving plate.
