Ingredients1 small pc of snow fungus (rehydrate in water to soften)
6 pcs winter melon strips
10 pcs dried longan
10 pcs gingko nuts (cooked)
1 tsp wolfberries
2 strips pandan leaves (knotted)
2 bowls of water
- Trim the hard portion of the snow fungus and cut into small pieces.
- Bring water to boil and add pandan leaves, winter melon strip and dried longan.
- Reduce heat and simmer under medium low heat for 20 minutes. Add gingko nuts and wolfberries and boil for another 5 minutes.
- Dessert is ready to be served, warm or chilled.
