Taro with Tapioca Pearl Dessert

Ingredients
3/4 cup taro/yam -already peeled and cut into small cubes
3/4 tbsp tapiocal pearls
pandan leaves
2 tbsp coconut milk (i substitute with 1 tbsp condensed milk)
sugar to taste

 Method
  1. Cut taro into cubes.
  2. Bring a small pot of water to a boil.  Add pandan leaves and sugar and boil for 5 minutes.
  3. Add taro and sugar and boil for a few minutes.
  4. Add tapioca pearls and coconut milk.  Turn off heat.
  5. Dessert is ready when tapioca pearls are cooked and become translucent.
  6. Serve warm.
