Red Fermented Beancurd Chicken Wings (南乳鸡翅)

Ingredients 
12 chicken wings - separated
2 pcs NamYee (fermented red bean curd) and some juice
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce 
1 tbsp garlic, minced 
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp dark soy sauce 
1 tbsp chinese cooking wine 
3/4 tsp sugar 

 Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together with the chicken wings and marinate overnight in the fridge. (Use fork or skewer to poke small holes in the chicken meat for tastier flavour after baked) 
  2. Preheat oven to 380F. Place chicken wings into the oven.
  3. Bake for 8 minutes at one side, brush some marinade over the wings, turn over and bake for another 8 minutes or till cooked.
  4. Transfer to a serving plate and served warm.
