Stir Fried Minced Meat with Potato and Sweet Basil


Ingredients
2 small potato - peeled and cut into cubes and steamed till cooked
1/2 lb minced meat
bunch of sweet basil leaves - sliced to small pieces
1 chilli padi - deseeded and cut into pieces
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp chilli sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp cooking oil

Method
  1. Heat up cooking oil in a pan.  Fry chopped garlic till aromatic.
  2. Add minced meat and stir fry over high heat.
  3. Add cooked potato cubes into the pan.
  4. Add sweet basil leaves, chilli padi, oyster sauce, sesame oil and chili sauce.
  5. Do a quick stir fry over high heat.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve warm with rice.

Steam eggs with seaweed

Ingredients
3 eggs
half cup water
some dried seaweed - soaked, drained and cut into strips
1 tbsp soy sauce

Stir fry potato strips with vinegar and sugar

Ingredients
3 yukon potatoes - peeled and cut into strips
1 red bell pepper - cut into strips (optional)
1 tbsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp black vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
sugar to taste
2 tbsp cooking oil

Fried Egg with Basil


Ingredients
3 eggs - beaten
bunch of sweet basil leaves - sliced
1 red chilli - chopped
1 tbsp soy sauce
pinch of salt and pepper
2 tbsp cooking oil

Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs


Ingredients
1 lb pork ribs - chop into small pieces
1 small cucumber - remove seeds and cut into small pieces
1 tomato - cut into small pieces
1 small white onion - cut into pieces
3 cloves garlic - chopped
4 tbsp kikkoman sweet and sour sauce
cooking oil

Rotini Pasta with Prawns and Wild Mushroom


Ingredients
1 small bowl of rotini pasta
handful of pine nuts
2 cloves garlic - chopped
1 tbsp chopped onion 
5 prawns - peeled
handful of wild mushrooms - soaked, drained and cut into small pieces
8 white mushroom - cut into halves
salt and black pepper to taste
olive oil

Grilled Tandoori Chicken




Ingredients
12 chicken drumsticks - remove skin
1 packet shan tandoor chicken mix
yoghurt
lemon juice
chilli powder and salt to taste

Turmeric Fried Rice

Ingredients
1 cup leftover rice
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 egg - lightly beaten
1 tsp turmeric powder
salt and pepper to taste
some sliced curry leaves
some pork sausage - cut into small pieces
2 tbsp cooking oil

Grilled Cod Fish with Korean Bean Paste



Ingredients
3 pieces of cod fish steak
3 tbsp korean bean paste
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tsp chopped garlic
3 dried chilli
some chopped green onions
1 tbsp oil
